FACIT

FORMAT

Length and item format:

FACIT scales are formatted on 1- 4 pages, by subscale domain, for self-administration using a 5-point Likert rating scale (0 = Not at all; 1 = A little bit; 2 = Somewhat; 3 = Quite a bit; and 4 = Very much). The FACT-G and related subscales are written at the 4th grade-reading level as measured by the Lexile Framework. Number of items range across scales and symptom indices.
