CASE REPORT FORM DESIGNCase report form or CRF design involves the development of layouts and templates of questionnaires specifically for use in clinical trial research. Due to the regulated nature of these forms, it is essential that the forms appear identical in all languages, requiring a great deal of work in the initial design to allow space for languages which tend to be longer than English. CRF design is currently offered in Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker software applications.
