FORMS DESIGNForms design involves the creation of templates for the format of patient-reported outcome (PRO) questionnaires and other research measures or material. It involves a higher level of Desk-Top Publishing (DTP) ability and layout skill. Forms design is particularly important at the beginning of a project. Proper design will ensure that the same layout is suitable for all language versions for purposes of data collection. We apply the principles of forms design that our clients request to ensure that their requirements are met, as well as develop aesthetically pleasing layouts that will facilitate self-administered completion of forms. Forms design is currently offered in Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker.
