FORMATTINGIn recent years, more attention has been paid to the formatting of instruments for clinical trials. Research in cognitive psychology has been used to create formats that improve the quality of data collected because they are easier for participants to read and answer. Because of such formatting changes, we have developed a service that provides formatting of multilingual instruments and a limited amount of Desk-Top Publishing (DTP) to complete the formatting process. At present, we format primarily in Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker and produce Adobe PDF documents for delivery in most cases. However, if formatting services using other software applications are requested, we will do our best to accommodate our clients' needs in those areas.
