Subscale scores, total scores and TOI scores possible. SAS/SPSS algorithms available. PHO: PROMIS Health Organization (PHO) and Health Measures Conferences We proudly support the PHO, whose mission is to improve health outcomes by developing, maintaining, improving, and encouraging the application of the Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) in research and clinical practice. At the PHO’s Annual conferences, we regularly present posters, presentations, and facilitate roundtable discussions related to translation and cultural adaptation of PROMIS measures.
