The items from the FACT-L have been reduced to a smaller number for preference-based valuation techniques, resulting in 7 dimensions: fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, anxiety, nausea/appetite loss, depression and pain. These 7 dimensions are common to non-small cell lung cancer patients.
